About the areaCoast/Beach:The closest beach is Grange and then Mt. Irvine Beach at about a 5 minute drive. No Man's Land is a 10 minute drive. The Pigeon Point Heritage Park is a 10 to 15 minute drive. Golf: Mt Irvine Bay Golf Course and Tobago Plantations Golf Course are both about 5 minutes drive. Mt Irvine Bay Golf Course  is an award-winning, championship quality 18-hole course with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea, carved out from the grounds of an old coconut plantation. The course was designed by the late Commander John D. Harris and, considered to be his finest, it is regarded as one of the premier golf courses in the Caribbean.Established in 1968, the course is set within gently rolling countryside along the north coast of Tobago, with a view of the sea from every hole and an abundance of massive coconut palm trees. Tobago Plantations Golf Course is a Par-72, 18-hole course has been woven into the landscape of an old coconut plantationThe course is PGA designed to Championship standards and opened in 2001. How to get there
ANR Robinson International Airport is a 10 minute drive. The Fast Ferry Port is a 20 minute drive. We recommend a rental car although taxis can be arranged. We can arrange both with advance notice.

Gulf City Mall is 5 minutes drive away.
The Capital Scarborough is 20 minutes drive away.

There are two Pennysavers supermarkets within 5 minutes drive. Gourmet Foods is about a 5 minute drive and the Meat Market is 1 minute drive from Samaan Grove. Kads Supermarket is also about 5 minutes away. The Gulf city mall has a bank, ATM, food court, pharmacy and a multiplex cinema. There are restaurants at the Magdalena Grand Beach Resort.
